Mainly grease lubrication and oil lubrication. The amount of grease in the bearing should not exceed 1/2 to 1/3 of the bearing space, otherwise the bearing will overheat due to too much stirring lubricant. Oil lubrication cooling effect is good, but the sealing and oil supply device is more complex. The viscosity of oil is generally 0.12 to 0.2 cm / sec. High load, high temperature should choose the high viscosity of the oil, high speed, choose low viscosity oil. Lubrication methods include oil bath lubrication, oil drop lubrication, oil mist lubrication, fuel injection lubrication and pressure oil supply lubrication. When oil bath lubrication, the oil surface should not be higher than the bottom of the stamping center. If the bearing is designed according to the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory and the lubricant viscosity is chosen, the contact surface will be separated by the oil film. At this time, the bearing life can be increased many times under the stability load.
